About Yvonne Louise... 

Yvonne Louise is positive, personal, persistent, courageous, sensitive and a caring lady who believes in diligence and prayer and doesn’t quit until the job gets done.   

 

She is a successful Multimillion Dollar Producer who has invested over 20 years in Real Estate.  Yvonne loves variety so she incorporates her artistic talents in her business and enjoys success in all aspects of real estate including Residential, Commercial, Land, Vacation Homes, Rentals, Investment Properties, Short-Sales and Foreclosures.

 

She believes in wisdom with experience and has completed numerous Real Estate Courses including the Graduate Realtor Institute. Yvonne Louise is a full service Broker taking clients through all the processes to closing including helping them with their residential or commercial real estate needs.  She is personally responsible for the building of several commercial buildings starting from the ground (land) up, working directly with Builders, Zoning and Planning, through completion.  Yvonne enjoys working with NEW HOME Builders and the challenges of Custom Homes.

Yvonne is an accomplished Artist Designer who applies these talents in her business.  She has worked as Art Director in Television, Advertising, Printing and Newspaper from Los Angeles working with the movie stars as well as doing the courtroom sketches for ABC - NBC in Miami.
